The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you wish to purchase. However, any funeral arrangements you choose will include a charge for basic services of funeral directors and staff. If you are required to purchase items you did not ask for, due to legal or other requirements, we will explain the reason in writing on the General Statement of Funeral Goods and Services provided to you.

Basic services of funeral director and staff include: conducting the arrangement conference, and assisting with the planning of the funeral, placing obituary notices, register book, memorial cards, thank you cards, obit bookmarks, CD of funeral service and memorial DVD. The charge for basic services is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding and receiving of remains.

Embalming is not required by law except in certain case. If you select certain funeral arrangements such as a funeral with viewing embalming may be necessary. If you do not want embalming you may choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

• Transfer of Remains to Cemetery

A. Immediate burial with casket provided by purchaser.
B. Immediate burial with Baron 20ga steel casket.

This charge will be in addition to any Casket or Outer Burial Container purchased by you.
This charge does not include any rites or ceremonies.

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without and outside covering). The containers we provide are currogated cardboard.
This charge includes the following:
