SMITH, Carmine Swingley – age 90 of Lebanon passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at her residence. Preceded in death by parents, James L. & Ruby Swingley and husband, James Harold Smith. Survived by sister, Patricia Swingley. Mrs. Smith was a U.S. Navy Veteran, retired from the State of Tennessee, and a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with visitation from11 a.m. until the service. Bro.
