LEWIS, Christine Bellar- age 87 of Lebanon passed away Saturday February 9th 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rayburn & Cleo Skeen Bellar; husband of 62 years, John R. Lewis; son & daughter-in-law, John C. “Jack” & Agnes Finchum Lewis. Survived by daughter, Sandra Lewis Farley; son, Richard R. (Deb) Lewis; sister, Peggy(Bob) Evans; grandchildren, Lewis(Brandi) Farley, Chris(Jessie) Lewis, Jennifer Lewis, Russell Lewis, Joy Lewis, and Bryant(Amanda) Wright; great grandchildren, Breah , Colton, Christopher, & Honey Lewis, Joah Brackett, Caitlin & Penelope Wright. Mrs. Lewis was born on October 26th 1925. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, & great grandmother. She was a member of Lebanon’s First United Methodist Church, and a 1943 graduate of Lebanon High School. She attended Cumberland University and was co-owner of Bellar Furniture Company where she worked for many years. Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 12th 4-7 p.m. & Wednesday February 13th 1:00 p.m. until funeral services at 2:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Bro. Bob Evans will officiate the services. Interment, Cedar Grove Cemetery. Her grandsons will serve as active pallbearers.
