CARVER, Billie Helen Jones- age 83 passed away Thursday March 12, 2015 in the Quality Health Care Center. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Jones & Eva Cloyd Jones; brother, John Jones Jr.; sisters, Frances J. Anderson & Cleo Jones; aunt, Sadie Cloyd. Survived by daughter, Donna Carver Kiefer; grandchildren, Joseph Brannon(Kristin) Maner & Leslie Shannon Maner; great granddaughter, Caroline Maner. Ms. Carver was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Decatur, Alabama, & a sales manager with Zales Jewelry Store. Visitation will be held on Monday March 16th 11:00 until funeral services at 1:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Interment, Cedar Grove Cemetery.
