Carey Dale Moore

MOORE, Carey Dale- age 57 of Hohenwald formerly of Lebanon passed away Tuesday April 21st in the Maury Regional Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert E. Moore & Bertha Jones Moore; brother, Steve Moore; Survived by his daughter, Shannon(Reed) Brummitt of Gordonsville; brothers, Michael(Lindy) Moore & Thomas(Patty) Moore; grandchildren, Hunter DeFraga, Chance Brummitt, Chloe Brummitt, & Evan Brummitt; special friends, James C."Jim" Heller & Alan Weisbrot. Mr. Moore served on the Family Support Council with Prospect Inc. & was an advocate for those with disabilities. He made an impact on the City of Lebanon, and was instrumental with getting sidewalks and handicap access for many residents of Wilson Co. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday April 25th at 3:00 p.m. in the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church. Visitation will take place at the church an hour before & an hour after the service. Pastor Matt Steinhauer will officiate the services.
