Doug Jennings, Sr Obituary (1937 - 2013)

JENNINGS, Sr., Douglas Hall - age 75 of Lebanon passed away on Friday, September 13, 2013 at his residence. Preceded in death by parents, Wiley & Ada Jennings; wife, Mary Ann Jennings; brothers, Bobby Wayne Jennings, Joe Jennings, & Wiley Jennings, Jr. Survived by sons, Doug (Penny) Jennings, Jr. of Texas and Mike (Eriko) Jennings of Ohio; brother, John "Boots" (Jerelyn) Jennings of Hendersonville; sister, Joan Philpot of KY; grandchildren, Doug (Rachel) Jennings III, Stephen Jennings, Christine Jennings, & Joe Jennings; great-grandchildren, Brooke Jennings, Mason Jennings, & Douglas Hall Jennings IV. Mr. Jennings was a retired Tool & Dye machinist and a member of College Hills Church of Christ. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013 from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. at the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with visitation from 11 a.m. until the service. Dr. Larry Locke will officiate and interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers, The Wilson County Friendship Group and Haskel & Willa Swack.
