MOORE, Foster F. -age 84 passed away Friday July 28, 2017 in the Tennova Healthcare. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence "C.C." Moore & Ruby Motley Moore; brother, Clarence "Moe" Moore Jr.; daughter, Cynthia Moore; step- great granddaughter, Miracle Faith Eskew. Survived by his wife of 43 years, Ina J. Moore; daughter, Christy Moore(Scott ) Hughes; step-daughters, Ina(Steve) Depass & Shelia(Jeff) Butters; step-sons, Charles(Debbie) Martin, Monty(Donna) Martin, & David(Bunny) Martin; grandsons, William(Tara) Moore, Jesse(Mary) Moore, & David Lance " D.J. " Martin Jr.; 1 great grandchild; 11 step- grandchildren; 17 step- great grandchildren; a special thank you to the staff of Dr. Mahlon West whom he worked with for the last 12 years. Mr. Foster was a member of The Church of God Worship & Ministry. Visitation will be held on Sunday July 30th 2-6 p.m. & Monday July 31st 11:00 a.m. until funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Bro. Gordon Lee wil officiate the services.
