Geraldine "Jeri" Collinsworth Obituary (1946 - 2013)

COLLINSWORTH, Geraldine "Jeri" Lucas - age 66 of Lebanon passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the University Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, Cecil & Betty Lucas; grandson, Eugene Woodard; sister, Joyce Marie Young; and step father, Claude Summers. Survived by son, Ronnie Moore and fiance' Teresia Shrum; daughter, Lisa (Harold "Bubba") Jones; step-children, Rhonda Collinsworth (Tom) Braddock and Todd Collinsworth; brother, Cecil Gerald (Sandra Britton) Lucas Jr.; sisters, Brenda Huffman, Mary Lucas, and Regina (Mike) Jacobs; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews; and special friend, Odell Grayson. Ms. Collinsworth was a retired nurse with Quality Care Nursing Home and attended Laguardo Baptist Church. Visitation will be on Friday, August 23, 2013 at Partlow Funeral Chapel from 3 p.m.-8 p.m. Funeral Services on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service.
