Hilda Nell Pallas

PALLAS, Hilda Nell - age 89 of Lebanon passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at her residence. She is preceded in death by parents, Keith and Daisy Gibson. Mrs. Pallas is survived by husband, George Pallas; son, George (Sharon) Pallas; daughter, Lea Pallas; brother, David Gibson of AL; grandchildren, Emily (Matt) Purje, Kate (Grant) Hillman, Kirsten (Matt) Ingram, Ryan Easterly, Jennifer (Brandon) Styll, & Rachel (Curtis) Moran; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Purje, Austin Wilcox, Camille Ingram, Eric Ingram, William Styll & Matthew Styll. Mrs. Pallas was a graduate of Alabama College and studied at Juilliard and Birmingham Southern. She was a 6th grade teacher at Byars Dowdy Elementary School in the late 60's and early 70's and was a member of Westland United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with visitation from 12 noon until the service. Pastor Tim Palmer will officiate and interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Family will serve as pallbearers.
