James "Brownie" Oliver Obituary (1942 - 2011)

OLIVER, James "Brownie" - age 69 of Lebanon passed away at his residence Tuesday October 4, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny & Sylvia Oliver; wife, Nellie Sue Oliver. Survived by sons, Jeffrey B. (Regina) Oliver of Smith Co., Kevin(Bonnie) Oliver of Lebanon, & Todd(Jenifer) Oliver of Lebanon; sisters, Juanita(Charles) Jackson of Hartsville & Linda Jean(Roy) Barrett of Lebanon; grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Parker, Darian, Josh, Chasity, Courtney, Luke, Allison, & Cameron; great granddaughter, Lily. Mr. Oliver was a member of Hurricane Baptist church and a 32 year retired employee with TRW Ross Gear. Visitation will be held on Thursday October 6, 2011 3-8 p.m. & Friday October 7, 2011 11:00 a.m. until funeral services at 1:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Rev. Kenneth Trammel will officiate the services. Interment, Hurricane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in memory of Mr. Oliver to the Hurricane Cemetery Fund.
