TISDALE- Jeffery Ian- age 5 years old passed away Sunday June 5, 2011 in the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. He is preceded in death by great grandmother, Annabel Head Ducote Renz. Survived by parents, Jeffery & Traci Tisdale; brother, Justin "Bubba" Tisdale; maternal grandparents, Perry & Phyllis Ducote; paternal grandparents, Hobart Odell Tisdale Jr. & Joyce Ann Goad Tisdale; uncle, Kirk(Nicole) Tisdale; aunts, Jennifer(David) Licon, Leeann(Pat) Manning, Jamie(William) Thompson, Jill(Jake) Balding, Terri Ducote, & Tiffany(Andy) Pruitt; numerous cousins. Ian was a student at Southside School. Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 8, 2011 3-8 p.m. & Thursday June 9, 2011 1:00 p.m. until funeral services at 2:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Bro. Stan Edwards to officiate the service. Interment, Cedar Grove Cemetery. Family & friends to serve as pallbearers.
