Jose Perez Guevara

GUEVARA, Jose Perez- age 72 passed away Friday March 30, 2018 in the Tennova Health Care Center. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Maria Bautista; sons, Jose Perez Bautista, German Perez Bautista & Juan Perez Bautista; grandchildren, Jose, Kelly, Joanna, Litzy, Jair, Danny & Andrea.

Mr. Perez-Guevara was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and worked as a Farmer.

Visitation will be held on Tueday April 3rd in the Partlow Funeral Chapel from 5-7 p.m. A Rosary to be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel.
