NOKES, Judith Elaine Lea "Judy"- age 73 passed away Thursday July 4, 2013 Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tn. Preceded in death by her parents, James Edwin & Laura Agnes Bennett Lea; husband, Bobby Cleveland Nokes. Survived by her son, Edwin(Charlotte) Nokes; daughter, Melissa Nokes Maravilla; step-grandchildren, Tyler Durden, Jessica Swafford, Aaron Langford & Zack Langford; 4 step great grandchildren. Mrs. Nokes was a member of Lebanon's First Baptist Church, an ESL teacher, and a homemaker. Visitation will be held on Saturday July 6th 4-8 p.m. & Sunday July 7th 12 noon until funeral services at 2:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Rev. Don McElroy to officiate the service. Interment, Cedar Grove Cemetery. Active pallbearers, family & friends. In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made in Mrs. Nokes memory to Lebanon's First Baptist Church or to The American Cancer Society.
