SMITHWICK, Louise - age 82 of Lebanon passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016. She is preceded in death by parents, John and Bertha Harris; husband, Thomas R. Smithwick; sisters, Julie Minchey and Elizabeth Schemel; brothers, Fred Neal Harris, Ray Harris, & Steve Harris. Mrs. Smithwick is survived by daughters, Brenda (Mike) Midgett and Karen (Johnny) Moore; sisters, Mildred Stone, Kathleen Harris, & Dot Smith of Hermitage; brothers, John William (Mary Catherine) Harris & Jim (Joann) Harris of FL; grandchildren, Brian Ferrell, Jennifer (Nathan) Wilkerson, & Kelly Midgett; great-grandchildren, Andrew & Aaron Wilkerson and Hanna & Jade Lehman; numerous nieces & nephews and other loving family members. Mrs. Smithwick was a homemaker, a member of Bellwood Church of Christ and attended Rome Church of Christ. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with Bro. Nathan Wilkerson and Bro. Mike Richardson officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and again on Sunday from 1 p.m. 2 p.m. Interment, Cedar Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers: Phillip Harris, Mike Harris, Don Harris, Max Messenger, Richard Minchey, & Ronnie Harris. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Gentiva Hospice.
