Martha Ann Bass

BASS, Martha Ann- age 61 passed away Friday, March 29, 2013, after a lengthy battle with ALS. She was born December 25, 1951, daughter of the late Shelby Allen & Mattie L. Bass. Survived by adopted family Dan, Elaine & Stephen Moss; several cousins, and numerous friends. She was a member of the Hartsville Church of Christ. Proud graduate of Trousdale County High School and David Lipscomb College. She worked in medical research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for 39 years. A loyal fan of both Trousdale County football and Vanderbilt University Lady Commodore basketball. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 1, 2013, 4-8 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel in Lebanon, Tn. Graveside services Tuesday, April 2, 2013, 11:00 a.m. in the Bass Family Cemetery.
