Emmeline "Marty" (Martin) Harmon

HARMON, Emmeline "Marty" - age 73 of Murfreesboro and formerly of Gladeville passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017. She is preceded in death by father, Frank Martin and mother, Frederick Martin Boshers; sister, Teresa Martin Boyd; brothers, Buck Martin and James Carter Martin; and brother-in-law, Joe Allmon. She is survived by husband of 53 years, Bud Harmon; son, Travis Harmon; brother, Butch (Twyla) Martin; sisters, Betty (George) Lannom and Charlene Allmon; and nieces, nephews, and many other loving family and friends. Mrs. Harmon was a member of Gladeville Baptist Church and attended New Vision Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. She worked 25 years in the Criminal Division of the Rutherford County Clerk's office. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with visitation from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Tony Lyerly will officiate the services and interment will follow in the Caraway Cemetery.
