Mitchell "Mike" Hunt Obituary (1941 - 2014)

Mitchell "Mike" Hunt 73, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Monday August 18, 2014 at Greenview Hospital at 4:56 pm. He was born in Lebanon, TN on January 17, 1941. He was preceded in death by his parents Sam and Louise Hunt, brother-in-law Ed Mason and sister-in-law Dixie Hunt.Mike was owner and CEO of Hunt Industries and attended Lake Church at Barren River. Mike had many loves: he loved his work, boating, travel, his thoroughbreds, Titans Football, and his WKU Lady Toppers Basketball Team. Survivors include his wife Belle Lady Hunt of 44 years of marriage, godson, Scott Frisch of Louisville, his special girls Isabelle and Annslee Graves of Bowling Green, KY. One sister Nancy Mason, two brothers Jerry Hunt (Eva) and Thomas "Pee Wee" Hunt all of Lebanon, TN. He is also survived by two aunts, several cousins and other children that were very special to Mike. Funeral services will be Thursday at 6:00 pm at Hillvue Heights Church in Bowling Green, KY, with visitation from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the church. There will be a second service Friday at 1:00 pm at Partlow Funeral Chapel in Lebanon, TN. with visitation from 10:00 am until time of services. Entombment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lebanon, TNRev. Dr. Stephen Ayers and close friend Tom Blair will officiate the services.
