CORREA, Patricia Louise- age 74 passed away Wednesday August 28, 2019 in Quality Health Care Center Lebanon, Tn. surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Evak & Wilma Delores Gregovich Evak. Survived by her sons, Jason Ankney & Scott Ankney; daughter, Jill Hall; brothers, Daniel (Julie) Evak & Thomas Evak; sisters, Elsie (Jack) Pierrard & Donna Freeman.

Known to her grandchildren & great grandchildren as "Mishyou", Nichole(Bryan) Hall, Kristyn(Justin) Hall, Tarah Hall, Tonya Hall, Alyssa(Joseph) Hall, Raeiei Lorenzo, & Cayla Ankney; great grandchildren, Ryland Sinclair, Joseph Johnson Jr., Adalynn Vantrease, & Alonzo Johnson.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Ms. Correa at a later date
