WALLER, Ted H. - age 95 of Lebanon passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015 at Hearthside. He was preceded in death by Father, Bradley Waller and Mother, Mary Waller; wife, Mary I. Waller; brother, Robert Waller; sister, Margaret Wise. He is survived by sons, David Waller and wife Mary of Houston, Texas and Dean Waller of Boston, MA; daughters, Carol Locke and husband Larry of Lebanon and Anne Allen and husband Amos of Nashville; grandchildren, Jason Locke, Suzanne Norfleet, Leslie Chilek, Lindsay Berry, Jennifer Allen, Michael Allen; great-grandchildren, Jericho Locke, Jacob Locke, Caleb Norfleet, Ethan Norfleet, Brody Chilek, Cayden Berry, Brooklyn Chilek, and Cameron Berry. Mr. Waller was a minister for 50 years in Ohio and a member of College Hills Church of Christ. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 4 p.m. at the College Hills Church of Christ with visitation from 2 p.m. until the service. Larry Locke, Amos Allen, and Jason Locke will officiate. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the College Hills Church of Christ Children's Ministry.
